Woven in His Love: 8th Grade Class Project

For this class auction project, the 8th graders created a unique and colorful piece of art by first water coloring strips of paper in various vibrant hues and then weaving them together in a beautiful pattern.  The centerpiece of the project is the Bible verse: “I want you woven into a tapestry of love, in touch with everything there is to know of God. Then you will have minds confident and at rest, focused on Christ, God’s great mystery.” — Colossians 2:2 

The completed tapestry is not just an art piece but a spiritual expression of how, like the paper strips, we are each part of something greater—woven together in God's love, with hearts and minds resting in His peace and focused on His truth.
